Bush on healthcare: exercise, and go to emergency rooms

Every day the working person’s wages are less able to cover the cost of healthcare, and the amount of coverage provided by employers shrinks. Bush wants us to exercise more, and use emergency rooms. Yeah, that’ll help.

He maybe should go see Michael Moore’s SICKO.  He’d find out that even people with health insurance and jobs often go bankrupt when faced with heart attacks or cancer or accidents, and for people without insurance, well, an emergency room visit now costs about a thousand dollars. Don’t believe me? call your local hospital ER and ask them how much it costs to be seen for asthma or to get stitches.

Bush does not give even a small rats’ ass about Americans.
